1. Eligible Returns
You may return a book if:
- The wrong item was delivered
- The book arrived damaged
- The product does not match the listing
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

- eBooks or digital products
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
3. How to Request a Return
Email us with your order number, photos (if damaged), and reason for return:

4. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error, we will cover shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping may be charged.
